Hi, Problem, mismatched CPU Blackbox to stator on TZ250.
I purchased replacement engine. Then at Stocky's dyno found down to only approx 60HP. mismatched CPU blackbox.
Since then engine supplier replaced stator from original engine, but at track yesterday massive vibrations over 10,500RP Min, increasing vibrations with more revs.
I've looked at both stators and there are various drill holes obviously to balance the crankshaft.
So just changing stators may not solve the problem.
The correct CPU black box may be the answer?
Does the stator act like a small flywheel?
Could this defiinitely cause an out of balance issue?
This may damage the crankshaft/bottom end?
HELP!

Have you checked that the balance shaft is correctly aligned with all of the dots?

Cheers,

Yes, stator was changed by a highly experiened GP race technician.
I will take the engine to him Monday.
I  have checked top end, taken barrels off both cylinders and all looks OK.
