I can't beleive I'm seeing those, almost like it's not real!
Here I was thinking that Oran Park will go out in style in some sort of "Official Last Race" promoted event.
Very sad to see it ripped up.

V8's choosing to create one off street circuits.
Why would the tracks want to invest in the sport?

hey all ilive less than 10 klm from the track and i drive passed it everyday going to and from work. its extremely disappointing to see a legendary track being torn apart for DEVELOPEMENT. why couldnt they have developed somewhere else instead. Us guys in NSW may aswell just park our race vehicles in the shed and and give up!!!!!
BUT you know we wont because we love the speed the atmosphere and most of all the SMELL
They might be taking the race track away from the racers but theyll never take the race track out of the racer

both the grand stands are now gone and the infamous control tower that you could see from the northern road is half down i drove past this arvo and had a tear in my eye
