Isn' t it great that SKA have rescued the 2010 NGB National Championship. Yes there will be new Champions crowned at this event.

National Champion at Wakefield!  Prestigious Trophy at Mallala! Or why not do both?

Word has it that it wasn't on purpose, more an opportunity thing.
Hope neither event suffers.

Watch this space, it appears that the Board of CAMS are not impressed with the SKA, as part of there Category Management Agreement is to promote the Sport of Superkarting under CAMS. They were not impressed by the press release stating how easy it was to organize the event under the AASA. Why pick a date one week before the Superkart GP, when this date has been known for nearly 12 months. You get the impression that the SKA doesn't care about the Clubs and the known race dates. The placegetters in this event are not allowed to run the numbers 1,2 or 3 as these are reserved for the placegetters in the CAMS NGB Nationals. Something else to consider is what rules will this event be run under as the CAMS Technical Rules are copyrighted, maybe they will have to run under the Superkart Technical regulations submitted by the VSKC to the AASA for approval.
